Thankas are traditional paintings depicting dities and religious icon and symbols drawn from Buddhism, painted on cotton scoll and canvas, the best Paubha (Thankas Language) uses precious powdered stone pigments for vivid colors, Silver and gold dusts are other important ingredients.

Thus old Thankas or those will made natural base color are more expensive. Mostly such painting contains horror proviking images. The wheel of life, image of different god and goddesses, illustration of stories, various shakties (erotic fugures) imaginary representation of great thinkers, etc. Price Ranging 50$ to 500$ each depends upon quality.
